Within the Group, Green Finance Broker AG is the expert for management, administration and consulting services. Its international network includes more than 6,500 cooperation partners in six countries and over 50,700 customer relationships.

As the core of the Group, Green Finance Capital AG is responsible for financing the Green Finance Group companies and thus provides the capital for the business areas of property development, capital investments and renewable energies.

Zenith GmbH has been part of the Green Finance Group since January 2021. Originally founded in 2013, this company provides services in the fields of credit brokerage, insurance brokerage and data processing, among others.

LVA24 Prozessfinanzierung GmbH has been part of the Green Finance Group since November 2019 and is concerned with the assumption of legal costs for aggrieved persons in order to support them in enforcing their claims.

ImmoWerte GmbH tackles a variety of business areas: the rental of furniture and moveable goods, property development and property rental. The company places particular emphasis on the acquisition and revitalisation of properties it hopes to increase the value of.

Green Assets AT GmbH was founded for the acquisition, development and leasing of new property development projects. The corporate purpose of Green Asstets AT GmbH is the acquisition, management, leasing and operation of real property, as well as the ownership and purchase of shares in companies.

The corporate purpose of Green Castle Hantberg GmbH is to own, operate, develop and lease Hantberg Castle, including the surrounding properties. The address of Hantberg Castle is Johnsdorf 4 in 8350 Fehring.

Green Business Center Graz GmbH is the owner of the property at Liebenauer Hauptstrasse 82c, 8041 Graz, including the office building located on it. The purpose of the company is to own, operate and lease this property.

Green Business Center Linz GmbH is the owner of the future Green Business Centre in Linz, Austria. In this real estate project, a modern, multi-tenant office complex is s being built, with catering facilities and an underground car park.

Green Business Center Wien GmbH is the owner of the property at Leberstrasse 122, 1110 Vienna. The purpose of the company is to own, develop, build and lease a new office and commercial building.

The corporate purpose of Green Hotel Römerstein GmbH is to own the property and cater for a large number of guests. Despite its central location, the hotel, built in 1991, offers an oasis of peace and seclusion, far away from the hustle and bustle of mass tourism.
